'Delco Pooper' makes court appearance as witness who filmed viral video testifies

Christina Solemeto, 44, also dubbed the "Delco Pooper" by many on social media, had her first courtroom appearance Monday. During the hearing, a witness who filmed Solemeto defecating on a car, testified meanwhile, the judge upheld the charges against her.
