Motorcycle driver killed after making 'unsafe lane change' on I-95 in Delaware County

A motorcycle driver was killed after investigators say he made an "unsafe lane change" and struck the back of another vehicle. The 26-year-old driver was thrown from his bike and suffered fatal injuries, according to police.
