Philly plane crash victim killed on ground identified: police

Philadelphia police have announced 37-year-old Steven Dreuitt was the seventh victim killed when a medevac plane crash landed in Northeast Philadelphia. Dreuitt was the only person killed on the ground, while dozens more were injured by fires and flying debris.
