New Jersey issues state of emergency ahead of overnight snow storm

New Jersey Gov. Phil Murphy said a state of emergency will go into effect Thursday night at 10 p.m. as the Garden State braces for its second snow storm this week. Forecasters expect overnight snow to accumulate between 2-4 inches for most, with interior parts of the state receiving as much as 6 inches.
