A South Philly bar became a scene of chaos after a mass shooting injured eight people.

The City of Philadelphia and District Council 33 met Saturday to try and find an agreeable contract, while residents are feeling the impact of the strike, watching trash pile high on sidewalks and dumping sites.

Historic heavy rain led to catastrophic flash flooding in Texas with dozens dead and at least 24 still missing.

Philadelphia police now say that a total of eight people were hurt in Saturday morning's shooting at a bar and lounge in South Philadelphia.
